	Notes about abstract submission
	The text of the abstract should be prepared any common variant of TEX (e.g Latex); We include here a template with the Latex file source; all you need to do is just put the text of your abstract into some marked places in the template file. Figures should be submitted as separate files, preferably in Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) or TIFF formats (300 dpi). The text and figure files should be packaged together into one archive and compressed using a common utility such as PKZip or tar + gzip. This ONE archive should be submitted as your abstract file. If you do not plan to include figures in your abstract, you do not need to package or compess it, just use this TEX file as the abstract.
