Abstracts should be in English and include:

• full title of the paper
• full names of all the authors
• affiliations and addresses of all the authors
• e-mail address of the corresponding author

Abstracts should not exceed three pages (extended abstracts will be appreciated).

Please submit your abstract as a text file in the Latex format (please use the following template) and as a ps/pdf file (see template.ps, template.pdf). Please use the first author's name as a filename.

Manuscripts should be submitted during the conference or e-mailed to office@us-pl-workshop.gda.pl.

Presentation with a computer and a video projector is recommended. All participants are requested to deliver their data files to a member of the LOC Staff for saving the files into the official computer as soon as they arrive but not later than the day before their presentation. The Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF and HTML formats are the only formats allowed for presentations. After loading the digital file into the official computer, participants are advised to check for any irregularities in the fonts and appearance of the presentation and make changes if necessary. It is an author's responsibility to ensure that the presentation will be displayed correctly, thus ensuring smooth presentation. If a participant happens to arrive too late to ensure that his presentation is displayed correctly, he or she should contact the area chair to make special arrangements for uploading the presentation into the appropriate conference computer.

Overhead projectors may also be used.
