Please note that the allocation of rooms within the flats will be
at the discretion of the Conference Organisers. Rooms will be
allocated on an availability basis and accordingly with an information
obtained from participants.
Participants are asked to send organizers (office@us-pl-workshop.gda.pl) information
about arrival and departure date as soon as possible.
The fee
includes accommodation from June 3, 2008 till June 6, 2008.
Additional nights can
be booked, but they are not included in the fee, should be payed
separately in the hotel reception.
In the case of shortening of the stay, the organizers do not
give back the money for not utilized nights.
